The new Bloomin’ Blonde ale was developed by Meg Gill, brewmaster and founder of Golden Road Brewing. Described at "the beer made for steak," the new brew boasts a subtle sweetness from honey malt and a mild fruit spiciness from hop aromatics. The beer also feature a dry finish that pairs perfectly with Outback's flavorful steaks.
With the new beer on tap, fans are invited to come taste the new pairing for themselves.
