Blindside Takes the Game of Checkers and Adds Complex Strategy

Get ready to add a little planning and scheming to your game nights with Blindside, the directional strategy game.

Blindside plays a little bit like standard checkers only it has a twist that makes it a lot more complex. The game board consists of four interlocking pieces that can be rearranged to add variability each time you play. When you begin the game, each of your pieces can only move in the direction indicated by the arrow on the piece; however, if you jump an opponent's piece, you get to steal their arrow, which then allows you to move in an additional direction. When a piece no longer has any arrows on it, it's considered dead and is removed from the board. Another customizable element is the special space that enable you to rotate a piece that lands on it to move them in a different direction.

Although Blindside is easy to learn, it's quite difficult to master due to the increasing amount of strategy that's involved as the game progresses. With a little practice, however, you can figure out clever ways to dominate the direction and conquer your adversaries.
