Taipei-based creatives Tom Cheng and Salem Hung from Blacktail created a collection of contemporary dishware items. Each item is sleek and uniquely shaped but can also be mixed and matched with any other piece from the collection.
The range is titled 'Living' and provides consumers with necessary products such as vases, dishes and containers. However, the color scheme is plain white, gray or black and each item suits one another. For example, the bottom of vases and vessels contains deep square ridges that work around the perimeter which is the exact same style as the edge of the plates.
Living was designed by Blacktail for Taiwan Designers Week 2015. The collection was actually created by using industrial heat sinks that have been turned into ribbed mods and filed with porcelain. The ultimate goal for this collection is to "bring the industrial into the domestic interiors."
