Slawsa, the cabbage-based slaw-salsa hybrid, is now available in a Blackberry Slawsa variety that launched at the 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show to share bright berry flavors with a hint of heat.
While the Original Slawsa starts a little sweet and finishes with a mild heat that quickly dissipates, the new Blackberry Slawsa variety maintains the crunch and mild heat that fans love, plus a touch of sweetness in an unexpected way. "I think we threw everyone for a loop with our ability to incorporate a berry flavor into a slaw-based relish, but it worked beyond our wildest dreams," said Slawsa founder Julie Busha. This slaw-based relish is ready to be enjoyed with a variety of proteins—from beef and turkey to pork—as well as classic summer fare like burgers or a quick, comforting snack like crackers and cheese.
Nutritionally, Slawsa is all-natural, fat-free, cholesterol-free, gluten-free, and low in sodium.
