Viral Marketing Parodies

Buyral is a Fake Service Boasting an Army of Clickers

This hilarious black hat marketing parody called Buyral is the creation of Aircastle Films & John St.

The fictitious marketing service is called Buyral and what it purports to do is take your video to viral status in no time. The video is shot in a way that makes it look like it might be a real service, but Buyral is completely not real.

The video shows rows of people clicking videos in an effort to pump up their stats and make them "go viral." It talks about internship programs, elderly outreach programs and even educational integration with young children learning mathematics via clicking.

Although this is a joke, it is also a social commentary on black hat marketing in general which is a term describing deceptive marketing techniques usually involving deception.
