Black Girl in Om's The Circle is Supporting & Empowering

'The Circle' is an online digital community for black womxn and womxn of color, curated by Black Girls in Om. The experience follows an ethos of open healing and wholeness, focusing on the intention of deconstructing and rewriting a narrative that suggests "Black girls do not take of [themselves]." The Circle gives access to a curated monthly curriculum that embraces the topic of wellness and various spiritual themes. It also encourages personal growth and growth as a community, as well as consistent practice for maintaining a mindful healing journey.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Black Girls in Om also launched a digital sister circle called Divine Disruption: The Circle 1.0. This initiative invited 250 Black women and women of color to engage "in daily journaling prompts, weekly thought exercises and guided meditation, newsletter recaps, and conversations with special guests."
