Billbored Project Uses Art to Fight Back Against Politics

Responding to the U.K. 2010 general election, the Billbored project is an interactive art initiative that asks people to submit their personally-designed billboard. Tired of false promises from politicians, the Billbored project aims to empower citizens -- especially youth and ask them to creatively represent their vision for change. The submissions will be broadcast during election week on industrial projectors throughout London’s city streets.

Involved in the project is M.I.A., graphic designer Neville Brody, artist Stuart Semple and many more luminaries.
