Uno Pizzeria & Grill is helping consumers celebrate Mardi Gras this year by serving up a wide array of New Orleans and Mardi Gras-inspired dishes, including the standout 'Big Easy Gumbo.'

Inspired by one of Louisiana's most beloved dishes, the Big Easy Gumbo is a warm and comforting dish that's perfect for Mardi Gras season. The new gumbo consists of flavorful chicken, shrimp, and andouille sausage gumbo loaded with rice, vegetables, and classic Cajun seasoning. Alongside the new gumbo, Uno Pizzeria is also serving up other festive dishes like the new Cheesy Grits and Shrimp Appetizer, New Orleans Pasta, Cajun Ribeye and Grilled Shrimp, Jambalaya Deep Dish Pizza, and more. As Erik Frederick, CEO of Uno Pizzeria & Grill, said in a recent press release, "We want to give our guests menu options that are a bit different than what you would normally see at UNOs, or any other restaurants for that matter. All of these items really kick up the flavor and spice a few notches."
