Okay, so the black minidress in the first image of the Berra Terzioglu lookbook above isn't actually a trash bag, but it's the first image I think of when I see a billowing dress made of shiny black fabric. This collection, shot by Hasan Emre Dipşar with art direction by Gökhan Eryaman, showcases the Istanbul-based Berra Terzioglu line beautifully.
