Distressed Beauty Editorials

The Elle Russia Ben Morris Photoshoot Exhibits Chaotic Hairstyles

The Elle Russia May 2015 photoshoot captured by Ben Morris displays the striking, offbeat beauty looks of hair expert Kenna. In place of perfectly styled ringlets or pin straight tresses, model Sabrina Nait sported twisted braids and windswept hair in each snapshot.

Stylist Renata Kharkova matched the chaotic roots of this Elle Russia editorial with distressed, cut out dresses, color blocked tank tops and high rise cutoff denim shorts. In addition to being noticeably free spirited, Kharkova's selection of pieces are also well-suited to the beach setting displayed here.

Make up artist Yacine Diallo kept this production natural and simplistic. Rose-hued lips and thick eyebrows proved to be all that was needed to compliment Kharkova's ensembles.
