Many musical parodies have been done before, but this is one for the books. Todrick Hall (former American Idol contestant) puts his own spin on the Disney classic Beauty and the Beast with 'Beauty and the Beat,' a musical parody that features many popular viral video YouTube stars to the music of Belle.
The video follows the morning routine of Belle as she walks through the ghetto, conversing with locals and crack heads, and Belle even adopts a baby while getting her hair "did." The lyrics are all cleverly adapted to the popular Disney music and the actors in this video all pull off the overly mocked ghetto persona very well.
Appearances by Antoine Dobson, D-Storm, Miles Jai, Todrick Hall and Katie Stevens (Belle) help make this video the first of many 'Ghetto Disney' viral videos I am sure will come. So you can run and tell that HOMEBOY!
