Movie Car Ownership

Real Batmobile on eBay

We’ve used to term "Batmobile" loosely in the past, using it to describe futuristic carts that remind us of Batman’s supercar, but this beauty is actually an original from the 1980 movie, and it’s on eBay for a staggering $500,000.

It’s the actual car used on the set of the Batman flick featuring Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson.

Sale of this car couldn’t have come at a better time with the recent marketing for the newest Batman movie, Dark Knight, as well as the fascination with superhero fashion.
