Arboreal-Inspired Ball Nets

Basket Tree is a Playful Arena That Takes the Form of a Tree

The Basket Tree is designed by A/LTA Architects and it's a basketball net that takes inspiration from a tree.

It's a clever design and it looks as if a tree and a basketball net came together and had a baby. Players are able to choose to play from multiple nets that varies in height and angles. This playful design is an installation located in Nantes, France and the people with access to this basketball court won't be intimidated to join a game as it's designed for multiple players and games that can all go on at once.

The Basket Tree is aesthetically pleasing but it also provides players with a new kind of interaction; it appeals to different age groups so everyone can play.
