Ever wondered whats going on in the female brain during orgasm? Well wonder no more because psychologist Barry Komisaruk of Rutgers University has done an MRI scan of the female mind during sexual satisfaction.
The scan begins with low blood oxygen levels represented by the color red. At this point brain activity is low as the storm continues to brew. Suddenly there is an explosion of yellow and white which represents high blood oxygen levels, as brain activity skyrockets. At the peak of pleasure eighty different parts of the brain are active until blood levels drop and the brain turns red again. While the mystery of what goes on in the female brain during orgasm may be solved, many people are left still wondering how to get there in the first place.
