Sustainably Farmed Barista Milk

The Estate Dairy Makes High Quality Milk to Go With Coffee

As cafe culture continues to grow worldwide, many coffee professionals are turning to specialized barista milk to improve and heighten their beverages. UK-based "premium dairy merchants" The Estate Dairy are one new company meeting this need.

Using unhomogenized milk from Jersey and Guernsey cows, the barista milk startup provides whole milk, semi-skimmed milk and 1% milk varieties. Their milk was also on hand during last year's London Coffee Festival. The specially formulated milk was developed in part thanks to Morten Münchow, who researched cappuccino foam for two years. The Estate Dairy milk is available in a number of cafes and restaurants, with smaller quantities available for retail. They also do double cream and whipping cream.
