Radio-Controlled Mobile Bars

Finally, a DIY Robot Actually Worth Making

We’ve seen a number of bartending robots before, but this BaR2D2 on Instructables is my favorite of the bunch. For starters, it dispenses liquor and both bottled and canned beer. There are flashing neon lights so you can quickly find the beer at a party. And it’s radio-controlled, so you can make it run away from the party-crashers who came uninvited to drink free beer!

Bar2D2 runs for eight hours on a single charge, and can hold 15 beers in its carousel, six bottles of alcohol and several cans of mixers and sodas. Check out some pictures and video of the Bar2D2 in action above.
