Graffiti Police

Banksy Coke Cop Is An Arresting Example Of Street Art

Unquestionably the most famous example of "arresting graffiti" is the use of policemen by Banksy. I LOVE the Banksy Coke Cop.

It’s interesting that he chose to capture those who seek to arrest him in his graffiti paintings—it’s like he has captured them. There is something rather brilliant about all of these works of art, almost like they test how far spray-can art can be pushed, and how much nerve must be mustered up to carry it off.

Remember, graffiti IS naughty boys and girls.
