The Nahahum Balance Associates Architects Home is Set in Nature

The Nahahum home by Balance Associates Architectures merges the best of design with the best of the outdoors. Situated in Cashmere, Washington, the structure is literally embedded within rolling hills, allowing visitors to feel as if they are firmly planted in nature.

This 1,500 square foot space is much like a cabin. Wooden and concrete additions are both sturdy and rustic, features that are evidently consistent with the setting. At the same time, a kitchen, powder room and utility space make this structure a far cry from most cottages.

Windows surrounding the exterior of Nahahum make it all the more open and geared towards the hilltops. With sliding doors, access to the exterior is instantaneous and readily available for any guest.
