A gardner in Essex has been signed up by the New York Bakery Co to swap pumpkin for bagel carving this Halloween.
David Finkle, who is better known for his celebrity creations carved into the traditional orange pumpkin at this time of year, took on the challenge to work with the brand’s limited edition pumpkin bagel.
Each of the creations were intricately carved and took around two hours each to complete. Bagels seemed to be a lot harder to work with due to their texture - but the results were still pretty impressive.
The bagel carvings are being displayed on Facebook where fans of the New York Bakery Co are being asked to get involved and carve their own creepy creations. For the chance to win a trip to the Big Apple, fans must send in their pics to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
