Burger King is offering a fresh new take on a classic barbeque dish with the launch of its new Bacon Jam Brisket Whopper.

Starting Monday, April 17, 2023, Burger King will begin testing the new Bacon Jam Brisket Whopper at select locations in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Just as the name suggests, the new burger features tender brisket, as well as a sweet and savory jam made from bacon. More specifically, you can expect to find a classic flame-grilled Whopper patty topped with savory, shredded brisket, two melty slices of American cheese, crispy onion strings, and a smoky, sweet bacon jam spread. The whole thing is then served on a toasted sesame seed bun.
