The Arts Club is a Conceptual Facility Created by Gwyneth Paltrow

In a collaborative effort between actress Gwyneth Paltrow and the architecture firm Gensler, a private Hollywood venue titled 'Arts Club' is currently being developed.

The concept of the Arts Club has hopes to become a nine-storey members-only institution. Within the nine-storey structure, there will be a wellness center, numerous restaurants, theaters and an upbeat nightclub. However, in order to retain the vast space, the lower levels will offer limited public access to spaces such as retail shops, art galleries and offices.

The venue, which is set to be located on the Hollywood's iconic Sunset Strip will consume the 132,000 square-foot plot that was recently purchased by Paltrow and the property's chairman Gary Landesberg. While the conceptual plan is still awaiting official consent, the design process hopes to move forward in the near future.
