There are dozens of art tools to choose from when creatives are seeking to put together original works of art, but these newly designed pencils by the students attending Holon Institute of Technology that cleverly make artists rethink the use of the tool. The pencils are designed to look like paint brushes, however instead of bristles the brush has a layer of graphite that can be used for drawing.

Subverting the expectations of the user is an important theme in the art world, and these inverted pencils cleverly do so prior to the art's creation. The brushes, known as Brusketch, are designed by Ofra Oberman and they come in a variety of sizes and thicknesses offering a variety of line creating possibilities.
