Blue Tape Architecture School Concept Encourages Interaction

Students Evan Shieh and Ali Chen proposed a design that was slightly different for the architecture school in Dubai.

The Blue Tape Architecture School encourages more interaction than most designs with a horizontal look. The middle of the building is separated by a divide where people from around the center can come together and collaborate. Since so much of school is about coming together and sharing one's ideas, this design is ideal to encourage this type of brainstorming and meeting. The outside of the Blue Tape Architecture School is see-through, allowing light to come into the building, which would hopefully help to stimulate creativity instead of being locked up in the dark all day. The proposed design is just a concept right now, but fingers crossed it will become reality in the near future. Photo Credits: designboom, ac-ca.org
