Consumer electronics site Engadget notes that with the device's "built-in GPS antenna and CDMA connectivity, the GPS-100 doesn't even need to be outdoors in order to transmit data."

Plans start at $15.00 a month for the "lite user" who will get 15 uses a month, more active trackers/snoops may want a $20 subscription for 50 log ins...
