Architect Anne Sophie Poirier Designs a Comfy Eco-Friendly Space

Cozy, clean and eco-friendly, this cafe by Anne Sophie Poirier is an amazing example of how protecting mother nature can look so good.

Born in France but currently based in Melbourne, Anne Sophie Poirier holds a diploma in architecture. Her latest project, Slowpoke Espresso, features a modern aesthetic that still manages to capture the comfortableness of someone's home. With beautiful dishes hanging on the walls and colorful tea canisters stacked atop one another, it's hard to choose what's the best part of the cafe, but I believe it has to be the all-white walls which are made up of recycled doors.

Filled with little knick knacks that will always make you feel like you're having tea with an old friend, it's no surprise that Anne Sophie Poirier's newest design was nominated for an Australian Interior Design Awards.
