Anastasia Mastrakouli is a Greek photographer who photographed this series of images of a naked woman in a shower contorting herself into the letters of the alphabet.
The photographer accomplished this editorial series entitled Naked Silhouette Alphabet by having the model contort her body into the shapes of every letter of the alphabet. Anastasia then instructed the model to press herself against a pane of wet glass for the photograph. The models recreations of each letter is distinguishable which is exactly what the photographer was hoping achieve. When asked about the concept of this project Mastrokouli said her goal was to "highlight the dialectical relationship between anatomy and visual arts."
I enjoy this photo series because it is a simple idea which has been executed well.
