Convenient Amputee Apparel

The Amped Up Clothing Line Aims to Change the Lives of Disabled People

Amped Up is a brand new clothing line by New York-based amputee Eman Rimawi. This collection of apparel is designed to make the lives of disabled individuals much easier.

Rimawi has explained that her typical uniform is leggings and shorts due to how easy each article can pass over her prosthetic leg. Changing the world of fashion to suit her needs -- as well as the needs of many others in America -- Rimawi recently launched the Amped Up clothing line which consists of jeans with velcro fastenings. These elements can be opened all the way to the top of one's leg, allowing above-the-knee amputees to get dressed with ease.

Since being launched, the Amped Up collection only features jeans but Rimawi hopes to expand her brand to later include more pant styles and suits.
