Nike has introduced a new model to its collection with a women's Air Max boxing shoe. The shoes were designed to provide foot and ankle support, which allows for high movement workouts. The sole of the shoe uses the Nike Air Max 270 design. The shoe, like conventional boxing shoes, features a high cut. The upper portion of the shoe has mesh integrated with leather, which allows for support but also breathability. The Air Max Boxing shoe has a large green heel, with an airbag. The shoe heel offers a larger degree of surface area for the wearer to push off of when moving, which allows for greater movement and control.
The boxing shoe was released on the Nike website and at some retail locations on July 4th.
