Built on services including Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore and OpenSearch, the solution provides a foundation for deploying AI-powered shopping assistants without building the infrastructure from scratch. AWS said retailers can customize the experience to reflect their brand voice and product expertise, with Kate Spade already using the platform to power its AI Gift Concierge and additional retailers currently testing the technology.
