Japanese footwear brand Asics has officially released its highly-anticipated ACTIBREEZE 3D slide, which is constructed from a single 3D-printed honeycomb material. To start, the new slides are being offered exclusively in a black monochrome colorway.
The ACTIBREEZE 3D slides feature rounded edges and open mesh perforations and, as a result, boast a distinctly future-forward style that allows for ventilation and dissipation. In addition, the slides feature a diagonal groove that runs along the toe strap that comes printed with a subtle ASICS mesh logo. According to the company, the ACTIBREEZE 3D slides will eventually mold and adapt to each wearer's specific foot contours, similar to a Birkenstock sandal.
Interested consumers can expect the ACTIBREEZE 3D slides to come out sometime in the upcoming weeks where they will be available to purchase on the ASICS website.
