Sculptural Yellow-Clad Retail Stores

Acne Studios' West Hollywood Store Features a Yellow Interior

Acne Studios' West Hollywood store has been updated to feature an electric "pale acid yellow" colorway, and a sculptural fitting room that was designed by the artist Daniel Silver.

The updated store is on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles and is the brand's second L.A-based location. The yellow coloring covers both the walls and the ceilings, making for a tonal and eclectic environment for shoppers to immerse themselves in. Most notably, is the sculpture that doubles as a fitting room that's situated in the middle of the store. It's comprised of cashmere panels and complete with vibrant geometric patterns that offer a contrast to the walls.

According to Jonny Johansson, Acne's creative director, "the structure feels alive, and sets the mood for the whole location."
