90s Americana-Themed Denim Series

The Acne Studios Spring/Summer 2019 Line Highlights Retro Design

The latest Acne Studios Spring/Summer 2019 collection was recently unveiled and it is designed from an angle that celebrates the previous era of the 90s, specifically the dominative Americana and workwear silhouettes of the time. There is a strong spotlight that hits the 1996 and 1997 denim jeans as it is revived for the season -- these are the inaugural classic jeans by the fashion label.

The new denim selection also features colorful washed such as true black, pink, light blue, mid blue, marble blue, dark blue, and vintage patchwork. In addition to the leg-wear, the capsule also features denim jackets, reviving the 1998 iteration with wide shoulder structures, the 1999 jacket with a slightly larger fit, and the 2000 version as well, with a dropped down shoulder and welt-pocket enclosures at the sides.
