The button is a real Amazon Dash, but Pryor programmed a new API and even printed out an ACLU sticker for the button in order to make it look as convincing as possible.
Like with any other Amazon Dash button, pressing the ACLU Amazon Dash will automatically carry out the function for which it's programmed. In this case, pressing it will donate $5 to the ACLU.
