Sláinte Irish Whiskey, founded by actor Liev Schreiber and drinks veteran Richard Davies, is expanding after its 2022 debut, led by its Smooth Blend expression. The triple-distilled Irish whiskey is aged in Bourbon oak barrels and finished in Sherry casks, with the brand currently sold across seven U.S. states and poured aboard 17 Princess Cruises ships.
Davies said Sláinte has raised approximately US$6 million to support production and market growth. Future launches include a ready-to-drink product expected in late 2026 or early 2027, along with rare-cask releases such as a planned 25-year-old Irish whiskey exclusive for Princess Duty Free.
For consumers, the expansion broadens access to both premium Irish whiskey and more convenient formats. Sláinte is also targeting Ireland and England in 2027, with additional European and South African opportunities under discussion.
