Graphic Packaging Hss Launched Its Pacesetter Ridgeline Line

Graphic Packaging introduced PaceSetter Ridgeline, its first uncoated recycled paperboard product, expanding its recycled substrate portfolio into folding cartons and industrial applications. The board is made from 100% recycled fibre, including at least 45% post-consumer recycled content, and is produced at the company’s Texas paperboard mill.

PaceSetter Ridgeline is available in 14- to 30-point calipers and is designed for applications including folding cartons, laminations, edge protectors, tubes and cores. Graphic Packaging says its Texas facility can transition between coated and uncoated recycled paperboard while supporting sheet squareness, colour consistency, quality assurance and converting performance across high-volume production.

For brands and converters, the launch provides another recycled paperboard option backed by large-scale manufacturing capability. The product reflects growing demand for fit-for-purpose fibre packaging that combines recycled content with reliable performance across consumer and industrial uses.
