Perhaps more of a surprise is that Joan Hart, of Sabrina the Teenage Witch fame, will star in a second movie adaptation of the long-canceled show. Rumors are stirring that Salem will turn into a human and become Sabrina’s love interest. Such information begs the unavoidable question: Will Libby finally win the affection of Harvey?
