The conceptual 5G navigation fire mask has been designed by Young June Kim of the Fountain Studio as a connected piece of safety equipment that could help to effectively streamline protocol in emergency situations. The masks would be stored in emergency boxes throughout a business or home and would provide users with a way to maintain fresh air access in the event of a fire. The unit would flash a navigation light in front of the user to guide them using 5G connectivity to the nearest exit to prevent them from having to stumble around in smoke-filled areas.
The conceptual 5G navigation fire mask features an adhesive tape around the edge for affixing it onto the face, which will allow for handsfree operation.
