This Cellphone Camera by Pelican Imagining Turns Images into 3D Photos

As the world of 3D technology becomes more and more accessible to the everyday consumer, Pelican Imagining is releasing a super neat phone camera attachment that combines the photo capability of 16 camera lens to produce a 3D photo.

How this 3D camera works is that all 16 lenses simultaneously take a photo when the cellphone's camera shutter button is clicked. From there, the images can be uploaded onto a computer and collectively used to print figurines of the image subjects.

In the video released with Pelican Imagining's 3D photo camera, the ad features a wedding couple's family and friends taking photos with the Pelican Imagining camera. Afterwards, the photos of the couple are transferred onto computer and used in conjunction with a 3D printer to create toy figurines of the bride and groom.
