Vodafone NZ Recreates Tchaikovsy's 1812 Overture with Mobiles

Vodafone New Zealand has a successful viral video on their hands, after they spent who knows how many hours recreated Tchaikovsky's '1812 Overture' using 1,000 mobile phones and 2,000 text messages.

The '1812 Overture' is quite the project to take on, but Vodafone NZ more or less succeeds. The geniuses behind this used 53 different ringtones in order to match the complexity of the 1812 overture.
