Zaxby's appears to be the latest fast food chain entering the chicken sandwich wars with the debut of its new Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich.
Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich is a new offering that's currently being tested at select Zaxby's locations in Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. The sandwich itself starts with a very large, double hand-breaded, 100% white meat chicken fillet topped with Zax sauce and three premium pickle chips on a buttery toasted potato bun. There's also a Spicy Signature Sandwich featuring the same ingredients, but with new Spicy Zax Sauce made from jalapeño and red cayenne, instead of the chain’s fan-favorite Zax Sauce.
While Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich may appear to be just another fried chicken sandwich, it's worth noting that the chain's sandwich is especially large and the ingredients used as top-notch.
