WORQ is Teaming Up with Bandar Utama City Group for a Coworking Space

WORQ, a Malaysia-based coworking provider, has partnered with Bandar Utama City Group to open a new workspace at KPMG Tower, 8 First Avenue, Bandar Utama. The location introduces a wellness-focused, transit-friendly coworking model designed to enhance employee productivity and well-being.

The building is also undergoing a modern refresh, featuring a renovated lobby, upgraded common areas, and sustainable features such as electric vehicle chargers and energy-efficient systems. WORQ’s flexible spaces allow traditional tenants to rent short-term offices for project teams, temporary staff, or on-demand meeting and event rooms, adding convenience and versatility to the workspace.
