Low Rider Buses

World's Lowest VW Bus Is Only 1 Meter Tall

Trend Hunter brought you the world's lowest, flattest vehicle back in May, now we bring you the world's lowest Volkswagen bus.

Measuring 3-feet (1 meter) tall, the Vancake is the result of a collaboration between artist Andy Saunders and Volkswagen parts specialist Just Kampers.

The bus is road legal, and was created in three days only (July 18 to 20, 2008) during the Bug Jam festival at the UK's Santa Pod Raceway.

The transformation process included lowering the roof, a custom paint job and an electric sunroof.
