Women's Well-Being Journals

'Her Words, Her Guide' Was Designed by a Registered Psychologist

Women are faced with many external pressures from society—from losing weight to succeeding in their careers to becoming better mothers—it is sometimes hard to stay aware and authentic with who they are, what motivates them and what makes them feel valued.

Designed by a registered psychologist and clinical counsellor from Vancouver, 'Her Words, Her Guide' aims to help women make self-discovery and character-building priorities in and of themselves, over and beyond many of the goals society may impose on them.

While we can't determine what life throws at us, it is proven that the strength and flexibility of character often determines how we cope with life's circumstances. Using eight core character virtues as a guide, this journal helps women harness their inner wisdom through the therapeutic benefits of journaling.

Chic and minimalistic, each Her Words, Her Guide journal features a rayon fabric hard cover with signature sewn (lay flat) binding and opens to 320 full-color pages of acid-free quality paper.

To meet the minimum print run, Her Words Her Guide needs to raise $17,000 on Kickstarter. Rewards for backers include a special early bird price of US $22/ CA $29 for a Her Words, Her Guide journal. Help to empower women's well-being by supporting the campaign today.
