Gold Wire Nails

The Minimalist Wire Manicure was Created by Eun Kyung Park of Unistella Salon

Following their dangerously beautiful shattered glass nail art, Unistella has now invented the hipster-friendly wire manicure. Led by professional nail artist and self-named 'manicure maven' Eun Kyung Park, the Seoul-situated salon created a minimalist and metallic fingernail look using thin gold wire.

The wire nails are typically paired with clear nail polish in order to make the golden accent really stand out. The gold wire manicure has several variations, however, from a full outline of the nail to abstract Picasso-esque shapes to simple cuticle cuffs that are able to compliment a more colorful nail varnish. Inspired by neon signs made from one long wire, the eye-catching nail art becomes an expressive accessory for the fashion-forward.
