Mainbot Launches the First Educational Games Metaverse, 'Winkyverse'

French tech startup Mainbot has announced the launch of the 'Winkyverse,' the first-ever global educational games metaverse dedicated to teaching children and their families about emerging technologies.

The 'Winkyverse' has been built using blockchain technology and will introduce its own cryptocurrency, "Winkies.' Although the new platform will not be open to the public until October 25 via ICO, the company has already released over 12,000 one-of-a-kind NFTs called 'Winkybots.' According to the company, some 'Winkybot' NFTs can be used as virtual avatars in the 'Winkyverse.'
