Wind by Vibia is an outdoor floor lamp that recently received Wallpaper* Magazine’s 2012 Design Award. Shaped like a parasol, it would make a simple and stylish addition to anyone's patio, poolside or backyard. Not only does it shed light, it also provides shade throughout the day.
Designed by Jordi Vilardell, the light and airy outdoor lamp is made out of the same material as its predecessor: fiberglass. The fiberglass was woven in such a way as to shed a soft glow when used. Wind by Vibia also includes acrylic diffusers. Its swivel screen allows for versatility, easily changing its direction as needed.
A blend between traditional and contemporary, Wind by Vibia fuses modern materials with a classic design for a piece of furniture that is beautiful and practical.
