Wilderton Botanical Spirit Launches New 'Bittersweet Aperitivo'

Non-alcoholic spirit label Wilderton Botanical Spirit has announced the launch of an all-new natural preserved product, 'Wilderton Bittersweet Aperitivo,' which serves to add depth to its already impressive portfolio of zero-proof expressions.

Mimicking the taste and style of classic Italian aperitivos, Wilderton’s Bittersweet Aperitivo delivers a similarly bold and sophisticated flavor profile. However, it is made from natural ruby red liquid and hand-crafted using the brand's patented botanical extraction methods. According to the brand, the new expression delivers notes of orange blossom, Italian lemon, sandalwood, and hints of wormwood.

"Our Bittersweet Aperitivo is full of big, exuberant botanical flavors and strikes a delicate balance among all of them. It’s complex, but most importantly, it’s delicious," said Wilderton’s Founding Distiller Seth O’Malley.
