The hatch opens so that wheelchair users can roll through into the driver's area and is then operated by placing your hands on the handlebars. This vehicle is a single seater and is said to range 60 miles on an eight-hour charge and is looking to cost an around $25 thousand. It is said to receive green energy and mobility incentives from the government.

This car is 7 by 5 feet which is even smaller than the Smart Car, and while it only goes 25 mph, it is meant for shorter everyday trips, like going to the grocery store or heading to work.
