Recycled Bottle Sportswear

Weetabix On The Go’s Athleisure is Made from 100% Recycled Bottles

To bring attention to Weetabix On The Go's new 100% recyclable bottle, the breakfast drink brand created a limited-edition range of sportswear made using 100% recycled bottles. The sustainable athletic styles boast a bold yellow color and weave in images of ingredients like strawberries, bananas, chocolate, vanilla flowers, milk and wheat. The designs take the form of leggings, running shorts, t-shirts and vests, which have the potential to support a wide range of indoor and outdoor athletic pursuits.

The sustainable styles are being served up to consumers on Depop and social media, where fans have the chance to win a full kit.

With its new recycled bottle packaging, it's estimated that Weetabix On The Go will help to save 84 tonnes of virgin plastic each year—and the vibrant gym kits were made with 4,400 bottles.
