Aqua-Activated Light Walls

The Water Light Graffiti Wall is a Shining Example of Interactive Art

The Water Light Graffiti Wall is a stellar example of an interactive public art project. Created by Antonin Fourneau at Digitalarti Artlab in Paris, the LED light wall was constructed so that it would respond to water. The public was able to create light graffiti by "painting" the wall with water. People used hands, brushes, water guns and atomizers to interact with the project. The Water Light Graffiti Wall was on display from July 22nd to July 24, 2012, in Paris and was a huge success.

Often, people don't have time to think creatively in the modern world. Public art, especially when it is interactive, provides people with the chance to think creatively again. Not only does it get people in a creative mind set, it also beautifies public areas where there might otherwise be advertisements.
